Marvelous Mondays
 Marvelous Monday's in May begin May 5, 2008 with Dr. Steve Hale, with special music by Rev. Charles Jones;  Monday, May 12, 2008, we will have Dr. Fred Luter with special music by Cornerstone.  Then on Monday, May 19, Dr. Herb Reavis will be with us.  John Starnes will have the special music.  Services will be at 6:45.  A nursery will be available.  Make your plans to be in every service.

Aerobics/Weight Loss
 
Determined to keep that New Year Resolution to get in better shape? We can help with that. We have an aerobics class on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm in the Family Life Center Activities Room and a weight room with Nautilus equipment, elliptical machines, treadmills, and recumbent bikes. There is also weight loss class called “First Place” offered on Sundays at 5:00 pm in the Activities Room that focuses on diet and priorities in daily life. Now the only thing standing between you and the life you want is… you. We are here to help you make it happen. 
 
Voleyball Night
 
Friday April 23rd from 6:30 to 8:00 pm in the Family Life Center Gym we will have the court set up for volleyball. This is a great chance to get out of the house, get some excercise and have a good time. See you there!
