Marvelous Mondays
 Marvelous Monday's in May begin May 5, 2008 with Dr. Steve Hale, with special music by Rev. Charles Jones;  Monday, May 12, 2008, we will have Dr. Fred Luter with special music by Cornerstone.  Then on Monday, May 19, Dr. Herb Reavis will be with us.  John Starnes will have the special music.  Services will be at 6:45.  A nursery will be available.  Make your plans to be in every service.

John grew up in Nashville , Tennessee .  He earned a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baptist Christian College in Shreveport , Louisiana and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Liberty University in Lynchburg , Virginia .

"I believe the purpose of Christian schooling is to provide opportunities for salvation and discipleship for students leading to equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to articulate a biblical worldview in a convincing manner so that they can make a difference in their world for Jesus Christ.”

John is married to Teresa Davis and they have one child Danielle.  Teresa teaches fifth grade at Byne and Danielle is studying to be a Christian school teacher.

John has been in Christian school ministry for 21 years, 16 of those years serving in administration.
